Quick Start, Then Slow Down

Mercury in Libra · Mars in Cancer · Venus in Libra · Moon in Ashwini until 5:41 PM IST, then Bharani · Monday, ruled by Moon · Shukla Purnima until 9:41 AM IST, then Pratipada

A decision you've been circling, a message to send, a plan to commit to, can finally be started today, and Monday's early hours suit it best. Make the first move before noon, while the pace is light and quick. By evening the day turns gentler and more tender. Let the rest of the work be steadier and smaller, and keep what you start modest enough to finish.

The Moon today

The Moon is travelling through Ashwini.

What is shaping today

• Moon in Aries: Fresh starts, fast. The Moon in Ashwini, ruled by Ketu and sitting in Aries, favors beginnings and quick action early in the day. It moves into Bharani by evening, which shifts the mood toward carrying things through.
• Sun in Libra: Weighing both sides. The Sun in Libra is in its debilitation, so confidence comes through balance and negotiation rather than force. This supports taking a measured approach to the decision at hand.
• Mercury in Libra: Clear, fair words. Mercury in Libra, gathered with the Sun and Venus, favors diplomatic, well-considered communication. It supports sending the message you have been drafting in your head.
