My chart or reading looks wrong
Charts are calculated from the exact date, time, and place of birth you entered. A small error in birth time can shift the result, so start by checking those details in your profile. If they are correct and something still looks off, email us and we will investigate.
Subscriptions and purchases
The Personalized subscription renews monthly and can be canceled anytime from your device's store settings. Reports are one-time purchases. Billing and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so refund requests go through them, but we are glad to help you sort out any issue.
Account and sign in
Jyotira signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password to forget. If a code is not arriving, check your spam folder and confirm you are using the address you registered with, then reach out if it still will not arrive.
Deleting your account
You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. See our delete account page for the steps, and what gets removed.
Privacy and your data
Your birth details and readings are personal, and we treat them that way. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.
Age requirement
Jyotira is for adults, and you must be at least 18 to create an account. Our age suitability page explains what the app contains and why we set it there.
